Online editor in chief for Washburn Student Publications
Start date: January 2010
End date: June 30, 2010 (with potential to continue into next academic year)
Salary: $3,000 per semester

This position requires news judgment, video production skills, management skills, writing ability, and the strong ability to communicate and meet deadlines.

Job requirements:
Must be a full-time Washburn Student, planning to enroll in 12 hours during Spring 2010
Must have a 2.0 GPA
Student Publications experience preferred, but not required.

FYI: Our current online editor is moving at semester. But she will remain in place as an online consultant during the spring 2010 semester.

Advertising Manager for Washburn Student Publications

This position is a sales position. The student will be responsible for selling advertising in the community for the print and online editions of the Washburn Review and Kaw Yearbook and its magazines. Salary is based on sales commission.

Sales experience preferred, but not required
